Is this just silicone caulk you are using? Like what you would use on a bathtub? If I understand what you are doing, just put a glob on the paper and then scrape it around til the whole sheet has been coated, how much is left on the paper? Perhaps some pictures of the process coating the paper so we can see how much you are using, and how much is left on the paper. Are there any possible side effects to the printer? I would hate to ruin a drum, or worse a printer. Ed
