That is something else entirely. It is a plastisol (or something like that) thin sheet on a sheet of release paper. The ink or toner sticks to it, and ironing or heat press bonds it to the Tshirt and encapsulates the ink. You'd end up with a sheet of copper completely coated regardless of where the ink or toner went.
