There is a soon to be released PCB Isolator called DeskPCB by www.deskam.com. I emailed them asking for a PCB Isolator and they emailed me the demo of DeskPCB. I found that the round circular pads that the program outlined is not entirely circular but similar to a 10 or so sided circle with sides. This might affect the actual PCB circuit board results. I am still new to this so cannot give anyone more info. You or anyone else should check it out and possibly provide some input. Try emailing them for a free demo copy. I am considering using ISOPro since it is what the real expensive PCB mills use.
