Homebrew PCBs

I have had success making single sided boards with Press-n-Peel blue 
but am unsure about making two sided.
Is there a trick to properly aligning the sides of a two side PCB 
when ironing on traces with Press N Peel blue? 
I figure I need to do one side and drill so there is a reference on 
the other side but then how to hold it perfectly in place for the 
iron process.
Any suggestions???

use a tac to align
then tape.

If teh sheets are larger than the boards, yo ucan use the printers 
alignment.  an X in each corner, wider than the boards.  just line up 
the X's.

If you overlay the top an bottom sheets, you can also put two holes 
in the sheets with a pin, on opposite ends.  then line up the holes.

if you do not overlay, you can drill two holes in the board in 
opposite ends and use that as alignmnet.

I don't know what you are using for drilling, but you then drill a 
thru hole near each corner and verify that it is center on both pads.

if the traces are not exact, you can determine which way to move the 
drills to either get the best average center, or miss traces if you 
have close ones.
