Homebrew PCBs

Since we've had several threads from new Eagle users, I'm passing
along a link to a one-page introduction to the Symbol\Package\Device
activity needed to construct a new part.  Unlike "the tutorial", it's
not translated from Japanese.

I just found a new, to me anyway, link to Eagle Help files.
A different Tutorial, Building Library parts, a PDF Help file
and some Layout Guidelines.  Looks helpful.
