Kepro Sensitized pcb--- Old Stock still good?

Kepro Sensitized pcb--- Old Stock still good?

2006-06-03 by davelandnni

I just found a sealed bag of Kepro sensitized boards. Might be 5-10
years old. Stored in air conditioned area.

Will they still work?

Cat#522-465G
4"X6"X 0.62" G10 2Oz 2 sides sensitized

Are these positive or negative?
What developer does this use?

Thanks
Dave

Sensitised boards don't usually work properly after about six months, I've
found.

Dont know about Keppro - but Kinsten boards will
go a bit blotchy and loose contrast after 1 or 2
years. (my boards are kept in a fridge)

I have use board that are 3 or 4 years old but
the results where average. The amount of exposure
time needed was 3 times higher than fresh boards
and large black/copper areas didnt hold up at all
well.

I think you need a VERY high contrast phototool
to make up for the lack of contrast of the board.
