Homebrew PCBs

Hi everyone,

Was curious of 
http://www.delorie.com/pcb/bloat.zip

After seeing this shaded like test lines:
http://www.delorie.com/pcb/bloat.png

Saddly as PCB newbie I don't know where to go after
unzipping bloat.zip, as it's shown as a .pcb
extension.

Please any hint about which specific layout editor use
to open that ?

Also, bloat.pdf and bloat.gbr (gerber) at the same place.

The shading is just because they're so fine that the rasterizer blends
them together.
