Photoresist is the simplest and easiest method

Photoresist is the simplest and easiest method

Greetings,

I fully agree.

The newer generation of pre-sensitized PCBs are vastly improved not
requiring special exposure lamps and use less concentrated solutions of
developer.

As an example, DATAK's Premier series may be exposed with a ordinary 100
watt lamp bulb and use a 10 to 1 developer concentrate.
The DATAK's Premier series are actually manufactured by Ever-Muse of Taiwan.
The exposed areas of the pre-sensitized layer slightly change color after
exposure allowing inspection and adjustment of the exposure results prior
to developing.

I get very repeatable results without any touch up, failures, wasted
material or wasted labor and using minimal equipment.
Fabricating PCBs with 0402 SMT packages, SOICs and fine pitch ICs is
routine, repeatable and requires no special attention.

Thanks, Ned

Subject: Photoresist is the simplest ans easiest method
Hi all,
throught the years, I've tried all the methods of homemade PCB and
the best and simple way is to use the precoated PCBs. I was really
amazed by the results of this technic. All of the laser transfer is
really a waste of time and effort when the photoresiste is so simple
and clean.
I didnt even use any special lamp but just a regular 100w table lamp.
