PCB Milling: gerber to gcode ?

PCB Milling: gerber to gcode ?

2004-11-29 by Kim Lux

I'm new to the group, but not to making PC boards. I'd like to try
milling a few prototype boards. I have a CNC milling machine. I use
Linux tools, xcircuit and pcb.

How do I convert the gerber files to G Code ? Does anyone have source
for a utility to do this ?

Try KCam by Kellyware. It converts some gerber types to GCode.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
