Homebrew PCBs

Anybody know of a converter ?  
I found kcconv.exe at kellycam but it does not seem to work.

And I replied:

 I wrote it in QBasic some time ago.
 It  takes .TXT Excellon file in the 2.3 format WITH leading zeroes and WITH
 trailing zeroes.
 If  anybody  waqnts to play with this simple converter, I will upload it in
 the  files section. Feel free to modify it and distribute it as long as you
 give me a credit and a modified prg.
