Kawai K5000 series

Hi all, I've just bought a K5000S and I've just started learning how
to use it.  I noticed that there is a high pitch noise coming from the
keyboard - like a small , noisy fan?  Is this noise normal for this
keyboard?  

I have an old Roland MV30 that makes a similar noise (but not quite so
loud) due to the high voltage back-light on the display - is this what
I'm hearing on the K5000?

Its OK with good headphones on, but outside of the headphones is
pretty annoying - any solutions?
