Missing Notes

Hey Guys,


    I have a problem with a SX210 I have.It seems about every 4th or 
5th note is dead.Is something wrong----would the battery I hear you 
guys talk about do something like this?????Please, any help would be 
appreciated----don't know anything about keyboards!!   ataboyal2001
