SX-240 MIDI questions

How do you turn omni-mode off? And can you trigger 2 patches via MIDI or is it only possible on the keyboard?

I'm wondering the same thing. I cant seemingly get the "Dual" mode to trigger both upper and lower.

For what it's worth I have also not been able to figure out how to do this on mine no matter what I try.

Cheers,

You can't trigger 2 patches via Midi. Only from the SX-240's keyboard. The "release" parameter would lock at zero whenever my DAW (containing midi tracks etc) was shut down. Midi was not the greatest, but a good sounding board. Replaced it with a Polysix though.

Is recording them both separately an option or is there some magic in the summing of the 2?
