Kinda- I guess you could design an environment of controllers that 
transmit sysex messages, which you could assign to patches and do some 
editing. I don't know how to do this personally but maybe someone else 
on the list is better with environments and could verify if this could 
be done...

(Also how do you have Logic and not have a dongle? You do legitimately 
own your software don't you?)
