So I started disabling my AU's starting with Atmosphere. Guess what it worked! My files
now open and aren't corrupted. I probably need to restore the atmosphere preferences or
something.
To be safe, I would copy your stuff over to a new file just to be sure. And then do a completely new re-install of Atmosphere, then any updates (after deleting all the old stuff for it first).
