Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

Hello everybody!

I'm a Cubase SX3 User, and I tried DigitalPerformer too.

Finally, I think that all what I need is on Logic Express 7 that I have installed monday on my
Computer. 
Why a so long time to know this beautiful soft?:-) All what I want is here, and so simply!

But... But I have just one beginner's question (I searched before in the logic newsgroup the 
answer, but I don't found it): When I chose an GarageBand Instrument, I see only a list with 
the category. Is it possible in Logic Express to chosse directly by exemple "Grand piano", or 
"smooth violin"? Or simply to see ALL the instruments installed?
