Thanks for the response, Greg.  I have attempted to wrestle this 
problem to the ground, and have learned that if I leave my Yamaha 01X 
offline, the problem does not occur.  When I turn it on and enable it, 
the problem recurs.  It would appear there is some new relationship 
proproblem at work here.  I will let you know if I learn more, since I 
expect I am not the only Logic/01X guy around.
