i don't have much of a clue - but when I updated to 10.4.4, i found that my audio preferences had changed from digital (on a G5) to audio. You might also check which is the master clock and which is recieving clock timing.

i bought then returned an mbox because it woildn't work well with logic a few years ago, and the salsman said others were having similar problems.
