adding a plug-in

I have logic express 7 and I just got Finale which comes with the
Garritan Personal Orchestra. I would like to be able to access
Garritan from Logic but I can't find anything in the documentation
about how to add a plug-in. Can someone tell me what I need to do. Thanks
