For example, if I plug a LaCie disk on the fron Firewire 800 port of my Mac Pro, the sound from iTunes have some cracks. If I then copy a file from this FW drive to one of the internal SATA I get cracks on the whole sound. It's not only in Logic, so I guess that it's either the Focusrite's driver or the FireWire 400/800 front and back. To resolve it, you can just unplug the Saffire and pug it back.
