Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

I have done this with my midi data in Logic Express quite successfully.. but thus far have not 
done it with my samples. i recorded a guitar piece that didn't quite fit with my bmp... does 
anyone know where a good tutorial for quantizing samples is online?
