Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

Hey,

I am saving regions as wav files, and was under the impression that  
Logic always uses BWAV for WAV files.  But the files that I have  
saved in this last session seem to be regular wav files.  I know that  
when I have done this in the past they were definitely BWAV files.   
But I can't find any place in Logic to select between the two, so  
have no idea why it has changed.  Help!
