It seems to me that they are.  If you buy a whole
album, it is usually $9.99.  None of the cd's I buy
cost less than $10.  And you can't beat the savings if
you are only going to buy a song or two off of an
album.  The only time it gets expensive is when you
buy an entire album one song at a time, and I can't
imagine why you'd do that.
