Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

i sorta got this working. it seems you have to open the global tracks, then also open the marker area, then  you can drag markers to make cycle regions. so not impossible - just more of a hassle.

I can drag the cycle/locator region down to create a marker, but I am finding it impossible to do the reverse - dragging a marker up to resize a cycle region. There is a key command for this which is not working for me at all. I did discover a new feature by dragging - up and down - near the master track - causing a horizontal zoom or expansion. Does anyone have an idea about this feature which seemed to have disappeared?
