Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

I learning something in Sound on Sound I didn't know. If you quantize midi, 
it doesn't snap to the nearest note - if the start of the region is not aligned 
to a beat. So if you record some stuff in midi, then make some rough cuts, 
and try to quantize it may be problemantic.

I think the copy and paste has the same problem. If the SPL is not on a beat, 
then the paste may be similarly offset.
