Well, that's always a problem for the most of us. I know that such plug-in does exist for Windows but it will give you the exact same result, leaving a few vocals present here or there. If all vocals of the original track are not centered, chance is big that this technique won't work, as center-cancelling only removes what is in the middle of the mix You can do this with Dirmixer in Logic.
