Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

By some cosmic coincidence, the person who posted this spam for orwell 
digital has an email address at orwell digital. Imagine the odds of 
that happening especially in connection with a somewhat contrived press 
release. But I am still not sure what he/they mean by patches for Logic 
Pro. Perhaps patches for the EXS24 sampler in Logic Studio?
