Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

You can tell we're in a recession, because all the prices that are  
dropping dramatically.  Recently I have seen 2 intriguing deals:

Deal A:    UAD-1e Express Pak on Ebay for roughly $100,
Deal B:    5 T-RackS Singles for $99 from IK Multimedia.

If I bump it up to $200, I have the following options:

Deal A:  BOTH the UAD-1e AND the five T-Racks singles
Deal B:  Focusrite Liquid 16
Deal C: Logic 9 upgrade

Given that I have little use for all the improvements made in Logic  
9, I guess I'm asking about the usefulness of the Liquid 16, the  
UAD-1e and the T-Racks stuff.

Does anyone have any opinions about these products?
