Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

The thing is...What am I installing it from...the keyboard is 7 years old and the istaller CD that came with it is not compatible with logicPro 8...do i need to install it from the CD that came with the keyboard or am I missing something, is there another way to install it?
