Hmm good question, I have Vocalign so I haven't tried it but maybe. It's not really a matter of transients then, more a matter of points that you probably have to insert yourself and then lining them up ie at every syllable. It won't be fast be it could be quite effective, good idea.

Subject: [Logic_Cafe] Question About Audio Quantizing in L9
Hey Guys,
I'm in the middle of five projects, and don't want to upgrade to 9 until it's done. I've been pondering the beauty of the audio quantizing and had a few questions:
Can I use it line up backing vocals to a lead vocal? So, can I designate transients of the lead vocal as the "ruler" as opposed to the session grid?
The vocalign plugin comes to mind I guess, as I understand it. That sort of thing.
Pete
