Hi.
The answer simplistically is yes  you can get transients from regions  
to align.
But you may need to tune the transients yourself once Logic has   
worked them out.
By tune I mean reduce or increate the frequency f transients (which is  
really easy via a single button).
And then add an occasional one that might have been missed.

You can also alight things by dissimilar instruments.. ala Guitar to  
Drums etc
