Yeah, you're right.

But, to me, it seems sorta messy to add a computer, even a tiny one, to 
yr setup just to get an extra instance of a softsynth.

Still waiting for a consumer (i.e. cheaper, but still dual G5) version 
of the Xserve cluster node! :-)
