It seems to occur like this. You open an existing sequence in the matrix editor, select all, then use your key command for transpose up/down a few steps. Then try recording something in midi to an existing midi track or virtual instrument track. They will look correct. However, when you play it, the notes will actually sound off by the same number of steps.
I noticed this on Battery 2, RMIV and an external synth. But its easiest to see if you have Battery 1 or 2, because as they notes play back they light up the cells which are playing. I was seeing a "C" in the matrix editor playback on a cell set to "D".
I checked the global transpose track and it was locked on no change.
No one else experiences this?
