Did you try what I suggested this morning?
1. see if you can open logic with the audio turned off (I am not sure if this is still possible but it was possible a few versions back), then see if you can open the file.
2. see if you can open a blank file then import the other file's midi or audio.
3. try renaming your entire componets folder to componentsX temporarily to turn off all plugs, then see if it will open
4. if all else fails, try opening in garageband - since logic can open GB files.
