whenever i put an audio track in record-ready mode, i get nothing but white noise. i can 
listen to everything just fine, but so far i havnt been able to record anything. im using the 
imac with the dual intel chip. i tried the itunes work around but it idint work fr me.

1. check your audio/midi control panel to see what audio input you have
2. check the audio preferences in Logic
3. check your physical connections
4. try plugging your audio input into a mixer to make sure its sounding, then put it through to you audio input on logic. make sure the software meters are moving in Logic. also, mute that channel when you record on it, so it doesn't pass through and make feedback.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
