Randomization and Arpeggiation

Randomization and Arpeggiation

2006-12-15 by revDAVE

Many years ago, on the Mac - there was a cool specialized sequencer
application called: 'M'. Basically, it was a cool sequencer that was heavily
focused on dealing with randomization and arpeggiation and other specialized
techniques that could build interesting sequences from short MIDI themes and
phrases.

That program was phased out many years ago I'm wondering if there's anything
on the Mac or PC that can compare. I think Ableton Live is a very good
start along these lines - also the chaos feature in Stylus RMX - and was
wondering if there's any other programs with some of these capabilities?
