Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

Hi all,

I have this problem: my controller sends up to 6 notes in 6 different
channels. I have one Logic instrument listen to all channels, and play
from there.

If I let a note coming on MIDI channel 1 ring, then I play another one
another channel and bend that note, that is causing the note on
channel 1 to bend as well.

I wonder if Logic has a way to set up the MIDI mode. Perhaps it's
behaving as OMNI, and I'd like to have it work as MULTI (i.e., omni
off). I'm at a loss here. Should I have one track per MIDI channel
instead, all with the same instrument?

Any help will be deeply appreaciated.
