Technical Support Reservation on tap for tomorrow due to MP3 issue

Hello All, I just wanted to update everyone since I was unable to bounce a track to a MP3. I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow at my local Apple Store. A friend last night was unable to bounce the tracks as well and I was using the correct steps to do so after all. Thanks for your help and hopefully the problem will be solved. There must be something else going on within Tiger 10.4.11 that is preventing it from happening. I upgraded to LE 8 in late September shortly after it came out this summer.
