Apple Logic Pro /LogicExpress Discussion

Does anyone know if I can apply transform window operations to the  
chord track?  I have a song that was written at 200bpm, and I want to  
change it to 100bpm so I can use loops with it.  I transformed all  
the midi tracks to double time, but my chords are still in the same  
place they were before, which is twice the location and duration of  
the rest of the song.  I can't find in the manual any mention of this.

BTW, my Loop Browser issue fixed itself.  I don;t know how, but  
quitting the program and relaunching brought back all the buttons.   
Go figure.
