Logic 9.02/9.1 G5/Intel S/W update

We all know that V9 is not supported by Apple on non Intel machines, however many people report it works fine, myself included. Logic 9.0 and 9.02 are Universal Binary, so no real surprise there. Logic 9.2 is not Universal, it is Intel only. I run Logic on both Intel and non Intel platforms. 9.2 on 2.2 Dual Intel 2GB, 9.02 on a 2.3 Dual G5 4GB. If you try load the 9.2 update on the G5 an error message is displayed stating the software will not load. I think then that 9.02 is the end of the update road for G5 users, unless there is workaround. It may help other users if one or two posts to confirm whether or not I'm talking rubbish and what their experience is in tis area. Heard about the iPad DAW? Only joking.
