Hi folks, I went to Specialty Sales this past summer to look at the car and it was not there. The salesman said the owner did not want the car to be in the showroom. He said the owner was "different" and would only let the car be seen by appointment. It is fairly rare if in fact it does have the DeDion (4 wheel independent suspension). Very early car and rare!! If you look close, it appears that it has the longer front end (like a 3 Litre) because the headlight covers are the early style and they do not cover the whole area (look at the front of the cover). So it's not totally original. Maybe it has been in an accident? A racing history? A $5000 drop in price says something tho........Although I doubt that it will go any lower. It would probably be a good buy at $12K.
