Hi Dave,
I took a look at my car this weekend and can confirm that the footwells ARE
carpetted, along with the floor, sills and rear shelf. The floor pieces have
finished edges and are removable whilst the other areas are fixed.
I dug out a piece of windscreen rubber and I've attached a profile which can
be viewed with Microsoft paint. Just double click and open it. If you're
going to Ancaster in April, we should arrange to meet up.
Regards,
Paul

Thanks Don,Ron and Paul
I will look up the rubber guy in Ancaster and Paul if you do get
chance to look at your car that would be great. I am planning on
taking the shell only to the upholsterer in a couple of weeks,he does
amazing work but is of rather large stature so having the shell up on
sawhorses and having the top of the footboxes open for him to work
through will be an advantage to him.BTW did we ever decide what car
the inner door release handles came from , they have a .375" square
female attatchment.
