HI group,
I talked to Hayes Harris today and he has very generously agreed to
help sponser the T-shirts again this year. His contribution is $3.00
per shirt for anyone buying a Marcos T-shirt that has his Wire Wheel
Sportscars Logo on the front left pocket area. The logo is
professionaly done in green and black and looks great. The design on
the back of the T-shirt is the Marcos car design in "millions of
colors". The same T-shirt with a two color version of the Marcos car
design on the front left pocket area and the Marcos car design on the
back in "Millions of colors" will be $3.00 more since the discount
only applies to the T-shirts with the Wire Wheel Logo. So you have a
choice, a t-shirt with a sponsers logo that saves you $3.00 or a T-
shirt without a sponsers logo that is full price. We will also be
making some polo shirts with the Marcos car design on the left pocket
area in Red and black (nothing on the back). So far members have
indicated that they are interested in 24 shirts which is less than we
have ordered in the past. The quanity we order has a bearing on the
price we pay, So if you are interested in a T-shirt you need to let
me know ASAP. Next week I will ask for pricing based on the indicated
interest and will post that in a seperate message. Perhaps Don
Lattimer could post the design on the Yahoo site for anyone who is
not familar with what it looks like.
