Just a quick response before I nip off on holiday to Munich.

I'm afraid I don't have any information on ratios/axles based upon 
Ford part numbers.

On the subject of the clutch master cylinder, I too found it to be a 
Marcos unique part (supposedly. The box mine came in listed only 
Marcos as the application), but I've a suspicion that it MAY actually 
be an early GT6 part as I've seen a diagram which implied that the 
early GT6s had a vertically mounted 'bowl' (for want of the correct 
term), whereas later ones are tilted forward. It may be worth 
following up. Of course the clutch system is from a Ford Zephyr V6, 
but there's no guarantee the master cylinder was actually used in the 
same installation.
