I would suggest placing a 2x4 across the under body at the top of th seat back between the sholder harness (seat belt) openings then run a strap or cable throgh the openings and lift with a 'come along' type lifting device (most hardware stores or Harour Freight have them for about $20.00), You do this after jacking the body up high enough to place a support the body with a 1x4 across the frame in the area ofe the seat buckets.
This can be done by one person if you don't have someone to help you.
Cristian is absolutly correct about NOT lifting anywhere aft the rear wheel openings. The first time I remover the body (1973) it broke at the juncture of the door opening and wheel opening.
I am enclosing an attachment that may help. There are screws, also, in the goot at the rear cross member and the attch bolts (4) for the 4 link rear suspension, if you have that.
