Phil,
On the temp., check the instrument voltage regulator out put. It should be +5v with the ignition on. It will pulse slightly between 4.5 and 5.1 volts. Mine seemed to run hot, but the regulator was bad. I made a solid state regulator, now it reads 5.0 volts constant. This may not solve your problem, but if you want to try this, I will send you the details for the solid state unit. You might check the radiator preassure cap to see if it is opening at the correct temp.
On the exhaust, I took my head pipe to a muffler shop and had them bend pieces to the proper shape them fabricated mine by cutting and fitting the pieces and tack welding them together then had a weld shop neatly weld it all together. I had to use the origional 2-port flange
as I couldn't find a new one. Will send pix if that would help.

Thanks for the report and new contact. I attended the Palo Alto, CA
British show and also saw a lot of interest in the Marcos. Didn't
see any of the other 10 Bay Area cars there though. Maybe they got
lost...
There are 19 Volvo 6 cars in North America. Someone should be able
to help. Larry??
