If you mean the rear spoiler on the late Marcos Mantula´s the answer is 
yes. I personally think they don´t give a better shape to the car, but 
that is my opinion. Without doubt the spoiler will not bring any 
downforce and is "only" a styling instrument.

If you really want one, I know where is a spare one for sale never 
fitted and never painted only filler.
