Dano, My "history" papers from Rory included the engine/trans serial numbers. On the Essex V6 the serial # is stamped in the block on a flat at the top/rear of the block just behind the right valve cover. Mine has had one serial # crossed out and another added (the one Rory lists). Don't know why! Don Lattimer #3M5759 V6 Willits, CA
