Hi Dave,
The wheels are made by Panasport. The "Back Spacing" in 4 1/4 inches (different from offset) and the width is 7 inches. As a side note, most of the wheel manufacturers are getting away from using the term "wheel offset" since people get confused about postive offset vs. negative offset and how to measure the offset etc. Instead, the manufacturers want to know the width of the rim and the back spacing. Back spacing is the distance from the mounting surface of the hub (that point where the inside mounting surface of the rim meets the outside mounting surface of the hub) to the inside edge of the rim. If they have the width of the rim and the back spacing, then the off set is already defined using whatever method they use.
