Hi all, Been using POR 15 for many years. When I "fixed up" my MGA coupe I took the fenders, wheels etc along with other parts to the Ready Strip in Tampa. After they dipped the parts I sprayed everything that did not need a nice glossy finish with the clear. Since then I've been using it on almost every part that I take off a carand also metal stuff around the house. A few pointers though. Initially I did buy a gallon can, however since I've only gotten quarts. Once you open it you need to use as much as possible since it will become hard as a rock. I use Saran Wrap between the paint and the lid and this does help some. Wear disposable gloves and also use disposable brushes. If it gets on your hands it has to wear off. There is a solvent that does help but only when the paint is fresh and hasn't dried. When I sprayed the MGA parts that was the first and only time. You need to use a very good respirator and possibly a disposable gun. Since then I've brushed it on and it does flow out some. I usually use only on surfaces that don't require a nice smooth finish, as it sometimes dries "rough" and its tough to sand. The clear and gloss black do require a coat of paint that will protect from UV light. I also use "chassis black" that dries more like a satin finish than gloss, and it can be exposed to UV light. Anyway, this is great stuff and I would highly recommend it. expensive, but about on par with a lot of the two part urethane undercoating, but well worth it. I would like to hear from others if they any experience with it. Thanks Michael 3V 5613
